All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was a production error, such as receiving the wrong item, size, or design, or if the product arrives damaged or defective.

If you experience any issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
